Dr. Braulio Flores is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives. Dr. Flores brings a wealth of clinical expertise spanning primary care, preventive medicine, cardiology, and hospital medicine. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center, where he worked for the Department of Cardiology and trained future physicians while caring for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. This broad experience enables him to provide comprehensive care while coordinating seamlessly with specialists whenever needed.

A passionate advocate for lifestyle medicine, Dr. Flores believes that nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management are the foundation of lifelong health. His commitment to wellness extends beyond the office. An avid cyclist, swimmer, and endurance athlete, Dr. Flores completed the Ironman Lake Placid triathlon in 2015, a reflection of the healthy, active lifestyle he encourages in his patients.
